Ageing planned as a whole face — assessed layer by layer, sequenced over years, with a hospital behind every step.
The Integrated Age Management service of Chongqing West District Hospital plans facial ageing across every modality the centre has — surgery, injectables, energy devices, skin care and hair — from a structured assessment of bone, fat, muscle and skin. The output is not a package but a sequence: what to treat first, what can wait, and what should not be done at all.
Assessment before treatment, a staged plan instead of a package, and the anesthesia, imaging and intensive-care backup of a tertiary general hospital behind combined treatment.
- Structured assessment of every layer
- Staged, sequenced planning
- Combined-treatment safety

Ageing management that starts with an assessment, not a treatment
Whether the answer turns out to be an operation, an injectable, an energy device or a skin programme, every plan in this centre is built the same way.
Assess every layer
Ageing runs through bone, fat, muscle and skin at different speeds. We examine each layer at rest and in animation, record the findings, and photograph to a fixed protocol — so the plan follows the face rather than a template.
Plan in sequence
A plan states what is treated first, second and later, with the intervals between steps and the review points at which the plan is re-read. Escalation criteria are agreed in advance, and so is the point at which a good result should be maintained rather than added to.
Treat safely, together
Combining treatments compounds risk rather than adding it. We count that total honestly, respect the intervals tissue needs, and work where anesthesia, imaging, transfusion and intensive care are in the same building.
One team, every modality, a hospital behind it
The leadership of the Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center brings together surgical planning, plastic and reconstructive surgery, skin and laser care, and dermatology. Integrated age management is the working method of that whole team, not a product line inside it.

These guides are the education behind the assessment: what ageing actually does to each layer of the face, how an assessment is carried out and recorded, how sequencing decisions are made, what each modality class can and cannot do, and how safety is managed when treatments are combined.
Integrated Age Management: Why One Treatment Is Never the Whole Answer
What integrated age management means at an institutional level: ageing as a process across bone, fat, muscle and skin, and why planning every modality together beats buying single treatments one at a time.

No plan can promise a particular result, a risk-free combination, or that one course of treatment will hold ageing still. Results vary with anatomy, healing and aftercare; judgement of most facial treatment waits six to twelve months; and every option has a limit that we will state before you commit. Our job is to help you decide well — including deciding to wait, to do less, or to do nothing.
Start with an assessment, not a treatment
Reach out to arrange a full-face ageing assessment. We examine each layer, explain what is changing and in what order it is worth addressing, and set out the honest limits of every option — including the option of doing nothing yet.
